For the manufacture of Lenses, we have set up a small scale manufacturing unit that is spread over an area of 450 Sq. M. The unit is fully equipped with the instruments and equipment that are essential for the fabrication of Lenses. The machines are of latest technology to facilitate the production of high quality products, and fulfill bulk orders of the clients. To ensure fast production, the machines are lubricated from time to time as well. For operating such advanced machinery, we have hired a team of skilled engineers and technicians.

We also focus on the warehousing and packaging of our products. The warehouses at our unit is segregated into separate parts for storing products in their respective areas. This avoids any sort of confusion during the loading of products for delivery. Considering the delicacy of the Lenses, they are packaged well using high quality packaging material. This protects the Lenses from wear and tear, even in harsh conditions, during transit.

We are aware of the ever growing competition in the domestic as well as international markets. To survive in such a competitive environment. We need to adopt latest technologies and update our systems to reach the optimum levels of production. For this purpose, we have set up a research and development department that is responsible for carrying out research related to our range of products. They suggest measures to update the machinery used for production, and improve the quality of the products as well.

R&D personnel is responsible for offering the clients, a more durable range of products, that is better in every aspect.
